Initial consultation and assessment are required prior to going ahead with treatment (this can be done on the same day) to ensure you are a suitable candidate.
The treatment experience
On the day of treatment, come in with clean skin . Your Skin Specialist will then take photos and measurements, and mark out agreed upon areas for treatment. The machine is then calibrated and treatment begins. Heat is delivered to target your concerns while the surface of the skin is kept cool.
Common questions

To help with lymphatic drainage, you should drink 2 litres of water per day the week before and after your treatment.
Avoid any moisturiser or emollient on the treatment area for 48 hours prior to each session. If the skin is dry, it allows for easier passage of the Coolwaves™ through to the target subdermal fat layer.

Make sure you stay hydrated and limit sun exposure to the treatment area for two days.
It is recommended to gently massage the area twice a day for 5-10 minutes.

ONDA uses an energy source that simultaneously targets fat, cellulite and lax skin. Microwaves have been used in medicine for a long time; however, the difference with microwaves used in ONDA is their frequency at 2.45GHz. The skin is almost “transparent”, allowing the easy passage of energy which that is explicitly concentrated in the sub-dermal fat layers.
The upper layers of the skin are protected from any heat with an integrated cooling mechanism. For this reason, the microwaves ONDA works with are called Coolwaves. Once the energy waves reach the fat cells, they produce painless but irreversible damage to the cell membranes. This causes leakage of fat from the cells into the interstitial space, where both the fat and the debris from the damaged membranes are drained out through the body’s natural lymphatic system.

For many, results are usually seen after the 2nd and 3rd sessions.

Four sessions are recommended. However, depending on the extent of localised fat, cellulite and skin laxity in the treatment area, additional treatments may be required.

Every 3- 4 weeks depending on the condition to be treated. We recommend treatments according to each individual's concerns and their goals.

There is no downtime associated with the Onda treatments. You can resume all normal activities immediately after treatment.

This treatment is not a weight loss treatment, but it is designed for adults with stubborn excess areas of fat, loose skin or resistant cellulite.
This treatment is not suitable for areas with tattoos.
People with the following conditions are not suitable for this treatment:
