The treatment experience

Skin is thoroughly cleansed and a disinfecting solution is applied. This is followed by a uniquely formulated hyaluronic acid skin serum, to prepare the area for treatment. Next, the DermaPen4 handpiece is moved around the face, gently penetrating the skin at various selected depths to stimulate cell production and skin repair. To sooth the skin, a sterile hyaluronic sheet mask is applied to accelerate the healing process.

  • Your skin will need to be well prepped with prescribed products before you can have this treatment.

    We also recommend avoiding extended sun exposure or UV light for two weeks prior to treatment.

  • It is important to follow any aftercare instructions provided by your Skin Specialist to ensure the best results.

    Immediately after the skin needling treatment, you can return to normal daily activities, but avoid immediate exercise, sun exposure and alcohol consumption.

    You will experience gentle redness and warmth on the skin, lasting 1- 2 days. Your face is best to be kept free of makeup for the first 24 hours.
